Team Solutions COVID-19 Update
With the evolving COVID-19 situation, our top priority at Team Solutions Dental is keeping everyone as safe and healthy as possible. We are working diligently to be proactive and prepared.
Naturally we have our normal disinfection protocol for each case we receive, which follows the Florida Department of Health guidelines. In addition to normal precautions, we are now fully sanitizing the shipping receiving area four times per day.
Our ‘daily’ stops have been advised that the couriers will contact you daily to see if you have cases for pickup rather than stopping in the office, and ‘signature receipt’ by your office will be suspended, replaced with verbal acknowledgement of cases received to minimize passing materials back and forth.
Our custom shade area is disinfected after each visit. However, this kind of close proximity does represent additional risk, and we are suspending patient visits/custom shades until the severity of the spread is mitigated. We are asking for photos in lieu of custom shades at this time. Once the crisis has passed, if a photo-matched shade has been unsuccessful, we will reshade the crown during a custom shade appointment.
All of TSD’s design and manufacturing are performed in the US. We have had no reduction in production capabilities at this time. However, we will not place production ahead of health and safety. Therefore, we are requiring any employees who are sick to remain home. If that number increases dramatically, we may have production delays, and will communicate that as early as possible. This kind of situation falls outside our ‘on time or it’s free’ service pledge
